ritter & bader cooling systems
Immersion coolers by ritter & bader are used to reverse-cool emulsions and oils in containers and conduits, placing great value on the effectiveness of the coolant evaporator immersed in the medium. The materials for the evaporator permit a wide array of uses. Mixers can also be added to optimize both refrigeration capacity and the distribution of the medium that is to be cooled.
Immersion coolers by ritter & bader can be adjusted in terms of size and installation depth. The mounting plate is fitted with an evaporator to prevent foreign substances like condensation or solid particles from entering, which is especially important when using oil coolers.
The use of micro-channel coolant evaporators allows for an optimized selection of fans, which contributes to reducing noise emissions.
It is also possible to include hotspot recording and/or reference-temperature tracking to regulate the cooling medium. The evaporator is made of stainless-steel pipes and is resistant and optimized for better flow. The device has a low risk of pollution and is very easy to clean.
